This week on the HR Happy Hour Show, we were joined by Regine Buettner of DHL Express, a global company with presence in 220 countries and 104K employees, to discuss the importance of focusing on employee communication during a crisis and working to make sure the front-line workforce feels safe and informed. Regine also shared her ideas on how leadership needs to adapt when times are challenging, and how HR and business leaders need to continue to focus on employee recognition and shared purpose throughout the organization.
